The same abilities that allow him to create powerful imagery in architectural interiors and exteriors lend itself to photography of food and beverage imagery. Whether a wide angle composition of an entire restaurant, a close-up of a single romantic table, or a detail of a beautifully prepared haute-cuisine dish... all are creatively and beautifully crafted through his careful selection of lens, composition and lighting. 

Wayne’s work-flow usually is to photograph the food as naturally as possible, both in the preparation and execution of the images. 

It may be because he happens to truly enjoy the culinary experience, but somehow he is equally adept at beautiful food imagery as his architectural work... quite convenient if one has a resort wherein the gastronomy is an important part of the client experience!
